Hello, I love the upbeat atmosphere and easy check-in, plus I enjoy seeing the caregivers interacting with the dogs on the Camp Cam. However, I was disappointed over the holiday weekend that Bailey had to be alone in her cabin for two days straight. For this reason, I might seek another location on holidays going forward.
We know our dog is well taken care of whether it’s for daycare or boarding. The staff are always extremely helpful and follow through on any specific care instructions our dog may have. Our dog is also timid with people he doesn’t know well but always warms up to the staff quickly upon arrival.

We feel very comfortable leaving our pet in your care. We can monitor her on our mobile devices whenever we want, and a caretaker is always nearby. A far cry from kennels of the past.

Camp BowWow has always taken great care of our doggos. We travel around the country and love the Camp Bow Wow franchise. We've been able to use this day care in several states and several cities within the state, which we love.
The only downside, is if you want to take advantage of "packages" you can't use the pre-paid package at any other camp bow wow that isn't owned by the same person. This is a little bit of a bummer...but, the savings for buying packages is really small, so I guess it's not that big of a loss.
