The most friendly staff that genuinely care about my pup!! We especially appreciate that, when boarding, the animals are seperated into their own sleep space. Love, love, love this business!!

First and I feel the most important: ALL the staff they have working there are outstanding, very friendly always having a welcoming smile, no matter how their morning went before they came in. The staff at the desk are very knowledgeable and understanding of issues our babies may have.
Anything from fear, anxiety, separation, dietary, incontinence, etc. they have a handle on it.
The services are great there.
My baby girl is a shelter baby and has horrible separations issues along with not trusting new people and high energy and the staff has worked very hard to be able to:
shampoo her & trim her nails. Plus, she had an incident with a staff member, and they are still friends.
I love the place and staff they have their just wish I could get her there more often.

My dog loves going to camp. She knows the parking lot, and gets excited when we pull up. I like the fact that I can see her on the camper cam. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Staff are very caring. They seem excited to see our dog and we know she is in good hands. Making a reservation is easy and calling about drop in is always seamless.
We always feel Ruby is well cared for while boarded at camp bow wow. The texts and pictures we receive while we are away are very appreciated and help to ease our minds when we can't be with her.

Harley Mae and I love Camp Bow Wow! Harley is somewhat nervous on new places - the first time we visited, it took her a minute to get through the door. Once she got in the building, she could not have been happier - I was able to monitor her having quite the little doggy day, running around across multiple play areas, both inside and outside. The facility is extremely clean, the employees are extremely professional, and you can tell they care about your pups. Harley leaves a happy camper - exhausted and ready for a nap. As I mentioned - we love Camp Bow Wow and Harley will be a repeat Camper for many play days to come!

I like your caucious intake process, being able to bring the dogs' own food, well established with consistent routines. This is my 3 girls first stay at Camp Bow Wow and I feel my stress level decrease knowing they will be stimulated, safe, and ready to sleep. Julie
