As reported before, staff is friendly and professional, I'm comfortable with leaving my dog at ths facility.
First and foremost, my dog (now dogs) absolutely loves to visit. He's anxious when he sees me preparing to travel, but is always excited as soon as he realizes that he's gonna stay and play with some doggie buddies rather than driving with me. Your staff clearly love the dogs, and encourage them to exercise and socialize in a way they can't do at home.
Second, your team is so accommodating, and almost always finds a way to fit us in, even when I'm making a last minute request. Living several hundred miles away from my family (and aging parents), it is a HUGE relief to know that my dogs can be left in your care, even when I have to travel unexpectedly.
Last, I love the extra services you provide, like the baths and nail trims. I can do them myself, but why would I, when you guys do them better?? :)
My dog Becky is safe at Camp Bow Wow. Specifically, I like that she gets to romp around with the other dogs instead of being crated. She socializes and even has a boyfriend (another German Shepherd). When I pick her up she falls asleep on the way home, tuckered out from all that playing.
The staff is super friendly, and they express a genuine like for dogs. They greet Becky by name every time she comes in, and I get a report about her at the end of the day (she plays well with others).

Hours are great and the facility was easily accessible.
However, the cameras have been down for months and staff should make more of an effort to get them fixed.

The staff was very courteous, friendly and professional. The facility is very organized and spacious. It is very different from anything that we have in my hometown of Meridian, Mississippi. I am really glad that an associate of Ms. Linda Faye Curry recommend Camp Bow Wow to me for my pet.
Love the daily pics and updates with cuddle time services. Gordy does ot seem to mind being there despite that he is mostly blind and deaf. Everyone follows my requests for him and is always polite.
