Ian is very knowledgeable and gives great advice to clients without alarming them. He is always on time, diligent during his inspection and delivers the report in a timely manner.

Chis is extremely knowable about homes. He does not scare buyers away from issues, instead he explains the issues and gives suggestions how to fix them.
Excellent customer service will emailing the report and not wasting so much paper. The Buyers can go back and review the report and extra on line information is available to the Buyers.
