The fellow who came to do our inspection did not bring a moisture reader. I booked ti
his appt. because of moisture in our grout. He was to return and has not. He did reach out to us to book a time to return and when I offered dates he did not respond. This inspection has been a complete waste of our money
1. Communication was clear and prompt from both the company and the inspector.
2. The inspector was friendly and very relate-able, but also knowledgeable and professional.
3. Signing the inspection agreement, and making the payment was also convenient and well set up.
4. I am yet to avail of the add on discounts/services/perks of an Amerispec inspection but these are appreciated.
5. The report was detailed, covered all aspects of the inspection discussed in person with the inspector at the time of the inspection, and easy to review and comprehend.

I liked that I could be present during the inspection and that the inspector covered all of my concerns as well as doing a very thorough inspection of the house. He then explained all the findings thoroughly (in terms that meant something to me) and gave valuable advice on the order of magnitude of the work that needed to be done on the house.

J'ai adoré mon expérience d'inspection avec Jeffrey. Jeffrey est très courtois et il explique tout ce qui est à réparer ou à améliorer sur la maison. J'ai aussi aimer recevoir le cartable qui contient pleins d'information sur l'inspection et aussi le manuel d'entretien d'une maison. Inspection faite par un professionnel. Je recommande cette compagnie et surtout que je recommande Jeffrey.
