Reg Deck is one of the best home inspectors I have come across in my real estate career. He's incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and friendly and very thorough. This purchase was for my girlfriend and I so he's not just the person I would recommend to my clients who are purchasing, he is who I used for our purchase!
I like that the gentleman was thorough with the house and made sure it was well inspected.
Reg Deck took his time and explained things in detail to my buyers who were very inexperienced in the function of some of the systems you would find on a country property. My buyers were very impressed with how thorough he was and came away from the inspection feeling confident in their purchase.

Le rapport sur des fissures d'asphalte et je vais passer sauf que 135 pages un rapport éloigne un acheteur. SVP, simplifié vos rapports, c du copie/coller. Vraiment désagréable d'avoir autant de pages pour dire que les normes d'aujourd'hui sont.. xyz.
Tenez vous aux faits importants. Les recommandations sont biens mais éviter de trop écrire les 100 pages . Merci
