I had an inspection booked with Henry and he was a great person to speak to. He was kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He provided insight into ways I can continue to improve my home from an energy cost savings point of view and helped me understand more about the various rebate programs that are offered.

You told the owner of the house I was going to buy there were no issues with the house completely killing my chances of negotiating for the issues that appeared in the report. Totally unprofessional.

David did an excellent job with our home inspection — thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and provided a detailed, easy-to-understand report. Highly recommend him for a smooth and trustworthy inspection experience.
The heat pump was installed in December but not hooked up electrically. I had to call Amerispec in early January and they were unaware that the electricity
had not been hooked up to the unit. When the electrician arrived to do the hook-up he was very rude and short tempered. Amerispec was supposed to leave forms with me to give to Efficiency Nova Scotia but I did not receive any forms. They did not send the required forms to Efficiency Nova Scotia until June 30th.
Les handled all of our questions very well & listened openly & objectively.

Dave was thorough and very professional. His explanations were clear and easy to understand.
Dave checked the main level throughout, testing washer, dryer, jetted tub and all power outlets. And more. The inspection continued to the rec room looking for any damp or previous water damage and more. Then on to the outdoors including roof, brick condition and garage. My home was given a clean bill of house. This inspection provided a great peace of mind for me in my new house and city. Thank you.

Everything it was very thorough
Je ne recommanderai pas cet inspecteur a aucun de mes clients. Il a fait son inspection en moins d'une heure. Il est anglophone et a de la misère à bien expliquer en français. Il mentionne des problèmes, mais aucun solution aux problèmes.
Très déçu du service de l'inspecteur, en plus dommage que vous n'offrez plus le manuel aux acheteurs.

Knowledgable inspector with great people skills.
Our inspector was so so friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us suggestions, and explained all parts of the inspection. He also answered all our questions, and there were many.
Dave is very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He answered all of our questions and love his Dad jokes! Highly recommend his services!!
