Knowledge coupled with decades of experience and a sense of professionalism shines in their attention to detail and thoroughness. They have seen it all, and know as builders themselves what should be done and how it should be done. They were showing me flaws in my purchase but at the same time were pointing out the perfections. There were costly repairs and they became part of the negotiation for the successful purchase of the home.

David was extremely thorough with the inspection. He was on time, had a presentation all set up when I arrived, and was happy to answer a million questions about what he had learned about the house. He is a very knowledgeable guy but also highly personable. We are 100% happy with this experience.

L'inspecteur était compétent mais aurais pu être un peu plus "accueillant". Nous sommes arrivés sur place le matin de l'inspection et ses premiers mots ont été "J'ai déjà fait le tour de l'extérieur, voici ce que j'ai trouvé, etc. Suivez-moi maintenant en dedans..."
J'aurais aimé un "Bonjour, je m'appelle Stéphane, je serai votre inspecteur aujourd'hui, est-ce votre première inspection? Voici comment ça va se dérouler, [...] vous n'Avez pas besoin de prendre de notes, je vous enverrai un rapport complet avec photos. ..." Bref, un peu de crémage aurait été apprécié. cela dit, nous sommes satisfait du travail.

Very thorough inspection. Inspector was very informative and took the time to answer all of our questions. We were not rushed. He had our best interests in mind and told it like it was. Made us feel quite comfortable and provided a very detailed report. Highly recommended.
I rely on Amerispec and Gary Brisebois. I trust that they will provide my clients, friends and family with the information they need to evaluate their current or possible future home's value. Each owner should learn what is currently needed and preplan for future projects. It is actually a wonderful tool for the children of older parents to help ensure current projects needed are tackled. Many new buyers or those purchasing their first house after owning a condo also need to learn the critical areas of a home and what must be serviced. Gary does a professional job, that I rely on and provides critical information which should be acted on. I always recommend an inspection to those purchasing, currently owning and caring for properties of loved ones that no longer have the energy to look after what we can offer our help with. We need each other and someone we trust with a knowledge greater than our own.
