Je suis bien satisfaite. L'inspecteur a été très professionnel et est allé dans les détails comme j'aime. Amélioration à faire: tenir compte des novices dans ses explications. Les termes utilisés étaient très techniques pour quelqu'un qui achète une maison une première fois et qui n'y connaît pas grand chose. Mais en même temps j'ai appris. Le rapport était détaillé et on voyait les recommandations à chaque fois donc c'est meilleur à d'autres rapports d'inspection que j'ai vu..j'ai aussi apprécié que l'inspecteur soit venu à l'avance et avait déjà commencé l'inspection. Dans l'ensemble je reviendrai et je recommanderai vos services.

Mon conjoint et moi avons eu recours à vos services pour l'inspection de notre maison le 13 octobre 2025. Sincèrement, nous avons été marqué par le professionnalisme de l'inspecteur (Monsieur Sébastien L'Archevêque) qui nous a expliqué tous les détails, je dis bien tous les détails durant l'inspection (3h de temps). Ce monsieur est doté d'un très grand professionnalisme, très gentil et minitieux dans son travail. Rien ne lui échappe et il réponds à toutes les questions avec tous les détails que cela comporte. Il prenait la peine de nous demander à chaque étape de l'inspection si nous avons compris ses explications et si non, il nous expliquait de nouveau. Après l'inspection, un manuel comportant tous les services et détails nous a été remis et 48h après, nous avons reçu notre rapport d'inspection. Nous avons eu une très belle expérience avec cette firme. Je recommande fortement à toute personne de faire affaire avec cette firme. Vous ne serez pas du tout déçu. Je dis merci à Amerispec et toute son équipe.

The inspection was ok and person was knowledgeable.
I only felt the person was more bound to what can be inspected and what cannot while the person can do more depending the need of the house and based on experience.
There was more "I dont know" answers than guiding.
Also it was disappointing to see the inspector did not have a humidity meter which is so important in all the houses.( it is 2025!, much important)
I have seen other inspectors using it in my other houses, as it gives a good idea about the humidity levels, dampness in walls etc. so I assumed it will come as default.
After paying 850 I do expect a better data oriented readings in my report and much equipped inspection.
Also in my situation I lost 3 days just to debate on mould presence in attic as other party were asking for humidity readings while my inspector only visually observed and confirmed.
If I have to pay for every specialist to tell me if things are wrong, then I question the need of inspections.
