Transparency, guidance step by step and very professional inspection
Rick Passero was extremely professional and on time for our appointment. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions and more. He was very thorough with his inspection, and I would recommend him to anyone.
Most interesting things were how the hot air remains inside the house during cold winter time. All windows and doors are sealed properly.
Service was great...as always, Scott Brown was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. Good communication with the buyer on the issues that came up.

The service from our inspector Steve was exceptional. He accommodated our timeline for bookings without hassle. His tooling and knowledge left us with an appreciation for his attention to detail and polite demeanor.
Our house was left in the exact condition he found it, which is surprising considering him having to poke into places that you normally don't go on a regular basis.

My initial phone conversation with Bill was informative. There was no pressure.
The technician that came to do the inspection was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided valuable information and gave an overview of what he found. He looked into my areas of concern. He provided information as to what would happen going forward; when to expect a report and what steps needed to be done to maximize the Greener Homes funding.
Our home had issues with limited access to windows from the interior resulting him having to get measurements from outside. I apologized and he was very considerate and kind in his responses.
He gave general tips and advice on renovations and fixes that we need to complete to have the best result for an Eco-friendly home.
He explained what he was doing and why throughout the inspection. None of my questions were considered too small or too inconsequential to be answered.
The fees were slightly higher than some of the competitors but as the saying goes; you get what you pay for and I feel my inspection was well worth what I paid for.
Murray was amazing! Very knowledgeable and thorough. Nicest man, and made us feel confident in our new home purchase. He gave us recommendations for maintaining the property. Would defiantly recommend and use Murray again.

J'aimerais souligner que j'apprécie toujours vos services. Toutefois, je voudrais mentionner qu'il m'apparaît important de vous dire qu'à la dernière inspection, l'inspecteur était *TRÈS* verbaux moteurs...et j'avoue que cela était déstabilisant pour l'ensemble des personnes présentes. Les acheteurs étaient des premiers acheteurs...L'inspecteur donnait des explications qui inquiétaient les acheteurs pas sur l'élément en cause...mais avec toutes ses exemples dans d'autres situations que l'on pouvait trouver dans d'autres de ses inspections. Bref...je ne remets pas en cause l'expérience de l'inspecteur...mais, j'avoue que ça été pénible...
Aux prochaines références pour mes clients, veuillez inscrire dans mon dossier que les deux inspecteurs qui soient référés à mes clients doivent être : Stéphane ou Sébastien.
