I like having more options than Planet Fitness
Great equipment. Clean gym. Only down side is that it isn’t open 24/7 as advertised.
The variation of machines is really essential. I like knowing that I have multiple machines and a dumbbell area to work through the muscle groups.
The track is brilliant for short sprints, leg and pulling work.
The sauna is fantastic after a long workout as a means to relax.
And lastly the staff are really welcoming and nice.

Friendly, always clean, cheerful atmosphere. Bright - lots of light. Not a dark dingy gym.

Everything except I wish the weekends were open a little longer or 24 hours and I could bring a guest here and there
