The gym is spacious and clean. I do wish there was a squat rack or two, safety bar for squats, belt squat, and a few other calf machines.

I would love for you to be open Saturday's 24/7 like you were before. I love the separate space up top for women only. The locker room is always clean. Wish you had a few other machines that you have downstairs up top though.

What do you like about our services?

What a fabulous gym! This gym has a heart. They have embraced my son who has special needs and made him feel like family. The trainers and staff and members are so welcoming. This gym has a small town look out for your neighbor atmosphere. I highly recommend

I like that it is kept very clean and grateful for the new air filtration system. My trainer, Yianni, really cares about my health and workout.

That you stayed open! No masks! Place is clean and I actually prefer it over lifetime too. I love trainers Lynne and Will. Staff is friendly.

I love the Harper Ave (just north of 10 Mile Rd) St. Clair Shores location. Very friendly staff, clean machine, social distancing and plenty of machines to get my workout in.
