It’s a friendly environment and the locker room is nice. The overall place is clean. Music is on if you don’t have your heads phones, plenty of TVs and equipment is high caliber nautilus and the stair master, elliptical, treadmill, stationary bikes are all new and work great. The free weight environment looks well maintained. It’s is nice place

I know you guys are limited by grinchmore (governor) with spacing of equipment. Its just hard sometimes to get a piece of equipment.

I rejoined this summer because this gym is the only gym around that doesn’t require you to wear facemasks. I’ve always love the size of the gym The mix of equipment the cleanliness and the fact that you guys have the sauna and hot tub open is a massive plus for someone who works out 5 to 7 days a week

I really enjoy the variety of exercise equipment, classes (when running) and now the dietitian which I recently began utilizing. I realize they are independently contracted. But it is nice to have everything in one place. And I adore the sauna!!
Variety of machines and literally tons of free weights. Rarely a wait for machines.

I wish you would build a walking track around the top of the gym. (Maybe like an elevated track) my husband & I would love to have a place to walk, especially as we are getting older.

Powerhouse Gym has been providing excellent service and very clean facitilies. I would highly recommend looking at them and joining. They do not require masks during your workout but is needed to exit and enter the building. Great job as I look forward to working out each day! Jim

I've been working out in gyms for over 42 years. This Powerhouse is the cleanest gym I have ever been in. And I've been in gyms all over United States.
Has what i need plus sauna is open. Its clean.
I see people trying to keep clean the machones and lockers, although I’ve been using the pool and it needs a little cleaning, also there is a group of teenagers gathering at the pool, that have no business there, and it kind of annoying having this kids hanging and laughing there.
The gym is flawlessly clean and the best gym I've been to! Powerhouse Novi offers anything that you need for any fitness goal that you have.
Full gym offers everything and more. Clean and friendly. Members are very courteous of each other. Love the pool, the many classes offered, the weights and machines available and friendliness of everyone
It feels like a gym again!!!! Lifetime only cared about the bottom line and not setting their members up for success. They didn’t even care if you had a heart attack when they forced you to wear a mask WHEN WORKING OUT.
Powerhouse is the complete opposite. They actually care about their members by installing a hospital grade air filtration system which allows people to exercise safely and make mask wearing optional. Also impressed with the other COVID measures while promoting members to achieve their fitness goals safely. I guarantee Lifetime had the money to do all of this.
In addition, I’ll be signing up for the Powerhouse Plus membership which was $20 cheaper than my membership at Lifetime! I do not regret one bit leaving Lifetime and will try to convince as many people to switch. Thank you Powerhouse!!!
