Some stuff is getting a little worn down and in need of replacement; ie adjustable benches: pads are coming loose or don’t hold their positions/incline reliably.
The 24 hour availability, the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the facility.
This location has lots of equipment and machines, I am never waiting around for someone to finish their sets because there are lots of other similar machines available. The cable machines need to be repaired though. One is missing a hook/handle.
I've been a member for the last 4 months and I am constantly impressed by the welcoming staff and other fellow friendly members. It's a very fitness & health oriented facility that caters to all adults of varying ages and abilities which is what I enjoy. You don't need to be a heavy lifter or a hard core fitness guru to be a member. If you are, that's great! You'll be among some serious folks :) All are welcomed. From the boxing classes, pilates, zumba to the yoga classes, the instructors are true pros and are very motivating. The machines are clean and in working condition. The facility is constantly being sanitized which is very appreciated. The pool's water is warm and a great relaxing escape. Great gym :)
