The staff over there is magnificent. Jeff and Frank go out of their way to assist everyone coming through the door. But this is the position everyone over there takes. You feel like you’re among your extended family.
I like the group fitness classes. However, since Covid the schedule hasn't recovered. I'm going to Lifetime more often than Powerhouse based on the schedule.

I love this gym! Clean, brightly lit, excellent equipment. One very minor improvement would be large clocks with a second hand!

It’s a very nice gym and I feel like we have access to a lot of things. Especially the women’s only area! I’m always telling my friends to come join!!

The services are very good
The facility itself is gorgeous in general. There are specific rooms for all sorts of fitness activities. I was especially impressed that there’s a dedicated yoga room. There are machines for everything, and multiple machines for the same target musculature, all of which can reduce wait times for a machine. There are two rows of workout benches which also reduces wait times. The gym is relatively calisthenics friendly compared to other gyms I’ve been to, although there’s still room for improvement in this area (like adding a dip station/parallel bars by the pull-up bar/equipment rack on the turf – otherwise during a circuit I’m running back and forth from the turf to the dip station by the cable machines). Other than that though, I absolutely love this gym. I’m really glad I switched.

John is the man. Great customer service. The gym is super clean and actively getting cleaned everytime I'm there. Ive been lifting 22 years and this is the best gym ive been to.
