What do you like about our services?

First off, the staff at the gym is impressive. Very knowledgeable and friendly. From the front desk, to the trainer, Karla, to the individual instructors in class. I’m older and a little intimidated by the gym, but with such great staff - I’m feeling very comfortable in going to the gym. The facility is great. Love that the showers are all individual and that it has a pool. Very clean too. I love this Powerhouse gym.

1) Play more rock & roll music instead of hip hop
2) Pipe music in the pool area
