Outstanding clean facilities
Amazing facility. So many classes, so much workout equipment (and never crowded, or at least when I go from 8-9), great trainers. Locker rooms are clean and regularly maintained. I especially appreciate that when I give feedback to the staff, they either help to incorporate my feedback (I’m sure I’m not the only one who asked to switch from styrofoam to paper coffee cups but I still am so happy it happened), or explain in detail why a certain change can’t be done so that I can understand the logistics of how the J runs. I appreciate this so much.

It's great! Never too busy, everything is very clean and the staff is very friendly! I haven't had time to try out the pool and hot tub but that looks great too! I've loved the indoor track and the machines to get a quick workout in. The facility is huge and there is so much that I want to try out. I would definitely recommend it over any other gym in the area because for the price you get so much more. The only thing that is weird are the hours but other than that I love it.

I love the classes and instructors, love the equipment. The facility if beautiful and very clean! Staff is friendly and professional. I love it there!

Nice bright, well maintained facility. I am not why the gym dropped service for the TechnoGym program. I had to call Dan Laughlin the TechnoGym rep to set me up. I have always liked the tracking features of TechnoGym.
Heritage Center has great variety of exercise classes trips/travel for Seniors. Appreciate that they offer RSB
Lots of opportunities for kids and families. It really has a family-oriented community feel with all of the offerings. The outdoor pool in the summer is fantastic and the kids clubhouse is awesome for winter. Looking forward to our oldest being able to take advantage of some of the kids bootcamps soon.

I love how encompassing the J is. I can do CrossFit, my husband can do his own workout routines, my daughter’s can go to kids’ class & swim & ballet. It’s great to have a great community with so many features in one.
I really enjoy the classes that I have been able to be a part of. They even had class on Thankgiving!! I love the hours and the staff I have interacted with thus far has been amazing :)

Clean and well equipped
Instructors are well trained and explain and demonstrate exercises so they're easy to follow. They're joyful and that helps me have a great time!
