We LOVE the J! As parents of two beautiful baby boys, their childcare actually allows us to go workout and get out of the house. From their swimming pool and hot tub, pickleball courts and their classes, the J is irreplaceable for our household.

I would like to see a Pilates or Barre class on Sunday! It would be packed like the Saturday Pilates class.

It’s all very nice, but I wish they would clean the walls in the yoga studio. They are pretty gross.

I've been dealing with personal issues this year. I skipped two months of training. I was welcomed back both times. Jennifer is an amazing human being. All of the staff are kind,supportive and funny. I've never enjoyed exercising so much. I'm constantly recommending AK. Fitness. At least one person I know joined. I hope it was due to my recommendation. Either way I'm glad that they joined. You guy's are awesome. Thanks for helping me to become the best man I can. A very Merry Christmas to you all.
