We love the programming, staff, work out area. We are probably at the J 5 days a week. My biggest complaint (as a Jewish person who goes to synagogue) is the amount of small holidays that you close for. It seems excessive. My daughter dances and misses so many classes due to holidays that no one celebrates. It’s a bummer.

I call The J my fountain of youth. I use the fitness center daily. The Tech Machines take one through proper exercise form. If you don’t have good workout habits I would recommend a personal trainer. The equipment is kept in perfect working order and wipes are furnished to clean after use.
Professional teachers that deliver great classes that are challenging and fun. Outstanding offering, staff and support whenever with any questions or requests. Thank you for making fitness fun, safe with great options and programs.

I love the group exercise class. The variety is outstanding. This year I did get some personal training from Jes Gates and I have been very impressed with the ease of scheduling, buying more sessions and of course the training. The facility is great, but the people make it even better.
It is such a warm and friendly place. Everyone is welcoming. There is an aura of inclusiveness. The facility is well equipped and staffed. I love that they employ the kids with special needs. Love the place!

The group fitness classes and instructors are great - Stephanie, Bree, Jenny A., Aimee, Brandi etc!! The programs for kids are amazing - Encore at the J! The gals in the daycare are extremely great with the kiddos so I feel comfortable and confident while in my workout class. I LOVE this place!

I have been taking yoga classes for over a year now
3-4 times a week, and it has changed my life. I have more energy, peace, and positivity- not to mention strength and flexibility! I thoroughly enjoy the community, and have met wonderful people. The yoga instructors are phenomenal!!
I also love the infrared sauna!!

I am enrolled in Tai Chi. I'm a newbie to Tai Chi and our instructor, as well as my classmates, are very patient and clear with instructions.
The J is a place for families. We love it because the staff is always friendly, the place is always clean, and the childcare is top notch. We go 3 times per week or sometimes even more as a whole family because our kids love the nursery and big kids play area and then mom and dad get a chance to work out. There’s no better combination. The hours are very accommodating for those with a normal 8-5 job and even on the weekends there’s great child care. There truly is a family atmosphere and you never feel like anybody is unkind or unpleasant towards others. We have been members for more than 6 years and I could not imagine going anywhere else having had memberships in a variety of other locations. There’s no place like the J!
The people are genuine, the facility is well taken care of, and the values of the J are inspiring!
