This is our 4th year using Zerorez (the carpet in the bedrooms was installed the year before but the rug in the living room (it’s a standalone rug not actually installed but serves more like an area rug) is from 2005. The newer carpets continue to look great with your products. The living room carpet looks better than it has in a long time. Logan was very thorough and explained everything fully. Overall customer service is excellent.

Easy to schedule, transparent pricing, and great onsite personnel! We have done one carpeted cleaning and one stone/tile cleaning, both times have been seamless experiences. The tile cleaning was even conducted by one of the owners, Erik. I am always impressed when a business owner is hands on.
