Great job getting rid of pet urine smell. Keith did an initial cleaning with the hopes of resolving it but had to come back and do a different cleaning involving soaking the pad and sucking up the results with a special suction head. It's nice not having to go into that room and smell the urine. Great price. Great response time. Just Great:)
