Dylan was very efficient and got right to work. He explained everything. I'm shocked at how clean the carpet looks and feels. It isn't sticky and all the stains are gone or very much reduced. This has saved me from getting new carpet. Very happy.

We were so impressed with our first carpet cleaning service with Zerorez.....we scheduled a tile cleaning appointment within a week. They did not disappoint.....once again. The smell after. We have never had a clean fresh smell after a cleaning. 24 hrs later and it's still lingering. The way services were explained and why the "upsell" items were beneficial. The tech also showed us the spots of concern vs just making us take his word for it. He was not pushy at all.
