What’s not to like about Zerorez? They arrive on time and are very professional while also personable and friendly. The best thing is how clean and soft they leave your carpet and how quickly it dries. The price is fair. My area rug looks like new!

This was my first time using Zero Rez. I was looking for someone different from the company I had used in the past. I am very glad I tried Zero Rez. The technician was super friendly and explained everything he was doing.

Dries quickly and there is no odor

The customer service is wonderful. Carpets looked wonderful, when it dried completely and we vacuumed the carpet it was so soft and comfy. I have loved the gentlemen that have come to take care of our home. It was our first time with Nick and he was fantastic plus did a wonderful job. He communicated, well on messaging us on times too. What I have really appreciated is no mess when they are through. No extra water on floor; everything is back in place and taken care of just like we want! Thank you Zerorez!
In the future, I will not have my carpets cleaned when it is raining, it took days to dry out ;)
