My carpet has had it rough with 3 kids and it looked great after it was cleaned. Happy that my daughter, who has asthma and severe eczema, was able to play on it shortly after it was cleaned and not have a flare up from harsh chemicals. Will definitely use in the future.

What do you like about our products and services?

Technician was very friendly and customer service-oriented. Of course, he did a wonderful job as well. We signed up for the 3 carpeted rooms for $119 special that included a free hallway cleaning. Since we didn’t have carpet in the hallway, he offered to clean our rug instead. He even pet treated all of our rooms for no additional charge. I wasn’t personally there for the cleaning, or I would mention the technician by name. My wife and I will definitely use Zero Rez for any future carpet cleaning services, and of course recommend Zero Rez to anyone I know looking for an affordable, yet effective carpet cleaning service. You guys are great!

Scheduling service was quick and hassle-free. The service rep was prompt and provided a courtesy call prior to arrival to let me know when he could be expected. I also like that the carpets were cleaned with not much beyond the "empowered water," but it still did a good job of getting things cleaned.

Carpets look great. Zerorez got a computer ink spot out of my carpet that has been there for a couple years. I even had several pet stains that came clean with Zerorez (now I do have Stainmaster Pet Protect Carpet but I could not get these stains out myself). Fast, on time and a great price. I will use this company again.

I don’t use social media. I give the technician a 10. Great customer service. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived on time and was very professional. I was pleased how quick the carpet dried. The carpet was clean and didn’t have that crunchy feeling when I walked on it.
