This was the first time I've had my carpets professionally cleaned and everything about my experience was great. John was helpful and thorough with the process and was was able to answer any questions we had. Our carpets look wonderful in our new home! I can't wait to use Zerorez again in the future!

Normally do a very good job cleans good smells good dries fast easy to work with I did have one spot I need to redo which did not come out of the carpet I think they will take care of that

I was very happy with the products and service. I have two new puppies, been ill and not able too keep up with them. Finally well but needed help. Zerorez was the best and most reasonably priced service I have had with my life time of dogs and new puppies. I recommend them highly. Name removed
