The young man that cleaned the carpet was very good and helped us very much. There were several spots on the carpet and he explained everything to us and got out as much as possible since the stains had been there a long time. He was very thoughtful and took his time to clean the carpet.

This is the second time I have used Zerorez to clean my carpets and tile. Their office called the day before to confirm the appointment, and the technician called the morning of the appointment to let me know he was on his way. Erik walked through my house recommending places that should be cleaned and places that did not be cleaned. I opted to have all surfaces cleaned. The results were outstanding! Erik is the consummate professional. He is personable, professionally dressed, efficient and trustworthy. As long as Zerorez is in business, I will both recommend and use their services.

I absolutely LOVE the products used and the service you provide! I've used Zerorez 3 times & each time was excellent! The carpet looks amazing, there is NO odor during the cleaning or after (even days later) & NO pet odors remain.
And now for the cleaning of the tile floors.......beyond my expectations! They got it so clean, it was many, many shades lighter, lol. We didn't realize the tile was an off white rather than a dark beige!
I really can't praise Zerorez enough for their superior products, their staff, the owner & their very friendly customer service. Give them a call, schedule a cleaning & your home will look as if it's had a complete remodel! Just in time for family & friends who will be visiting during the holidays!

Excellent services. On time, thorough job, our Tech, Seth C., asks after he has completed the job if we are satisfied. If we are not, he takes the extra steps to redo the job until we are. We had our carpets cleaned, our tile cleaned and sealed and our woods floors cleaned. So we spent some cash BUT with the level of customer service we received, it was well worth it. Will not recommend anyone else but Zerorez.

Also, the level of professionalism was outstanding. Show coverings, worked hard no cell phones, the job was about 3.5 hours and even moved furniture and offered to put everything back into place once finished knowing he had other jobs to do. Folks these people do it right the First Time!
