Day of service the very professional and polite technician Timothy called me to say he was on his way while he was here. He completely explained to me what products are used and step-by-step of what he would do. My carpets look wonderful. I am very satisfied with Zerorez and will use them again.

I have been using Zerorez for the past several years and am usually very happy with how amazing my carpets and rug look after a cleaning. This last time I did notice that they weren't able to get all of the dirt spots out of my rug which was odd because it usually looks brand new after it has been cleaned. Overall I still think I will continue to use Zerorez
