Sheldon was very helpful, and explained the process and what we needed to do after he finished. I put towels down at his suggestion, so no one would slip coming off the damp surface. I really like the fact that your procedure is very quick drying, probably could have moved things back after 4 hours, but we waited for 6 hours. It was quite dry by then:)!❤️

The carpet was very clean and the technicians were very friendly. They were on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The only complaint that I had was that there was one area that was over saturated and it took at least a day to dry out.
