Jon McBride did an amazing job and I am very grateful that he was able to remove and treat an area on a cushion where my older cat had an accident. The technicians are very professional and courteous. They demonstrated their knowledge as they black lighted the carpet, looked for spots and were promptly working on the set-up to clean the carpets. Customers, remove items prior to cleaning for a better outcome. I surely did move things around and they did 3 rooms within 35 minutes.

The young man that did our tile floors did an amazing job. He even went so far as to let me know his machine didn’t reach all the way to the wall, so he got down on his hands and knees and worked on all the edges. He was very kind and our tile floors look amazing!
