Location location location! Weather I'm home in Lincoln Park, working downtown or visiting friends in Logan Square, there's a 105F studio close by. It's like you stalked me! Your facility is also so very nice. I like the merchandise offered up front, the locker rooms are spacious, free lockers is such a nice touch, and you're mindful about the small touches (tampons! hair dryer. etc.) The set up of the entire space makes me feel like I can be as engaged or in my mind as I'd like. And the instructors are wonderful! Upbeat, knowledgeable, and give little tips and tricks to help really get the most out of the poses.
Best equipped hot yoga studio I have ever been to including non smelly studio, lockers with keys, expansive showers, and nice reception area.
Instructors are very informative with correcting moves when not doing correct.

The warmth and friendliness of the instructors. I had not taken a class in months and it was really nice to be recognized and welcomed back. I actually have already recommended this particular studio to many of my friends and co workers.
The teachers are all amazing. They have a way of encouraging the students and in my opinion it feels as if they are talking directly to you; encouraging you and pushing you to your individual limit. I always leave the studio refreshed and inspired. Thank you.
For me personally it was very close to where I live. I was nervous at first since it had been awhile, but when I entered the building it was felt so familiar and personally warm. Everything they offered for class was easily accessible. The instructor acknowledged that there were new students in the class and did a fantastic job of explaining the postures. The class time was personable enough where the instructor used students names to correct positions, encourage more effort or applaud them on their achievements.

The instructors are incredible. They set a good tone in the hot room, especially Conni, Aura, Charles and Claire. These instructors help me enhance my practice through encouragement and support. I also like the variety in classes and class times.

Carey taught my class yesterday. He has the ability to pay particular attention to people, and likely most everyone present, in a given class. As a more advanced student I find that I always get poses where he pushes me to my limit in a very positive way.
Lots of good instructors at 105f, but the separation between good and excellent is the ability and interest to pay particular attention to individuals and give people 'touch points' of attention.
