Greeted by Friendly, very professional personnel. An amazing, comfortable waiting room with free Wifi, not to mention the spacious, beautiful and CLEAN restroom! I had to leave my car for the day, they took me to work, in their very nice courtesy shuttle, and picked me up that afternoon when my car was ready! I liked being updated during the day on the repair progress on my car.

Every staff member that I dealt with was very professional.

I was in a bind, my truck was dieing on me. The place over on Westhiemer Rd. Didn't want to do warranty work that they did, so I called over to the West road location and they were happy to grant that service to me. They told me all it was paper work and picking up the part that was needed. I showed up crawling in with my truck and they fixed it before they close. Keeping mind that I arrived at 4pm. I would recommend this shop any day to anyone. Thank you very much.

We've been taking our cars to Christian Brothers Automotive for several years now. The friendliness and courtesy as well as the professionalism of the attendants is unmatched.

The mechanics get the car fixed and back to us often in the same day and always keep us up-to-date with their progress should they have to keep the car longer. In addition to their expertise is the fact that they make it very easy and convenient for my wife and I to leave the car for repairs and get a ride back to our home if we didn't have one.

Every one treated me with courtesy and respect. The group was friendly and wait was just what I was told. The waiting room is very nice and comfortable.......not greasy and grimy like some. Overall very nice experience.
