Everyone was very nice and got my car in and out in one day. I got a tune up, oil change, cabin filter replaced and a fuel injection service. And this was all done within 5 to 6 hrs. Awesome! awesome! Service!

Everyone was very nice and helpful I liked they way I received text updates as my repair was being made I liked how I got a call when the first step taken didn't work and called to get my approval to do the next option and even wen I picked up my truck how it was brought to the front for me with a nice cold bottle of water. It was a great experience overall I will be having all my vehicles repaired there going forward.

Very friendly and customer orientated

I thought the employees were very polite and seemed honest. The wait time before they pulled my vehicle into the bay was acceptable and they were able to resolve my issue in a timely manner. The complimentary water bottle at the end was a nice touch. I will be going back when I have other mechanical issues.

Great customer service!

During a recent shopping trip, I came out of a store only to find that my Ford Escape would not start! On this particular day, the outside temperature was over 100 degrees. In the parking lot with no shade, I was melting. I noticed a Christian Brothers Automotive on the other side of the freeway. I called and they came to my rescue! In less than ten minutes, their service manager had rushed over to where I was and had started my car. I followed him back to the shop and the staff promptly replaced my battery. The staff was very courteous and it was a first class experience from beginning to end. I was back to work inside of an hour! So helpful, so friendly! Thank you to all who came to my resue!

I am very pleased. I am embarrassed to say that I didn't know my car had two oil change reminders. I brought my car in because I thought it was a trouble light. They didn't charge me anything to point out my stupidity and that gave me a bottle of water to boot. I WILL be back.
