I felt they were very honset in the repairs and they did not come up with you have to have this done NOW.. They explained what needed to be done in the future and how soon I may need this done. I fixed what I could afford at the time and I know what I what I need to have done in the future. I am so happy to have found a company that is honset, as I am a single woman and have had so many car repair companies come up with all kinds of things that needed to be done now or my car will fall apart....plus thier prices are very reasonable. Excellent service. Convenient location. Reasonable prices. When there was a miscommunication about one of my services, my service advisor was quick to rectify the mistake and remove the charge from my bill. Not many places would do that!

I was stranded and they contacted a towing truck for me, picked my car up and me and brought me back to Christian Brothers on West Road. This was the first time I had ever contacted them and they treated me like I was a long time customer.
