The guys are all very nice. I believe they really try to help a person to the best of their ability. Don't seem to mind taking the time to explain, even to women. They get you in and out with very little delay. The delay may come with getting a part but normally I have been able to keep my vehicle until the part arrived.
I have had several thousands of dollars of work. I felt the prices may be a little high but aren't they all. However, they have given me a couple discounts and the truthfulness goes a long way.
Thank you, Mark, Dewayne (2), Rick and Matt. If i don't go buy a newer vehicle, I may be back.

I’m just glad to know there is some where I can take my Smart Car for service. The oil change was quick. Everyone we talked to was really nice. I appreciated y’all making sure we were ok with the price since it was a little expensive compared to oil changes for our other vehicles.

Great customer service. I went for a diagnostic so I was there for 30-45 minutes they didn’t mind my one year old running around the lobby. Rick specifically told me I just needed a tune up. The last shop told me it was my timing chain and wanted $4,000 to fix it. My tune up worked and I only paid $360 for it. I even had them check my timing and it was good. You got to be careful who you take your vehicle to now days. Christian Brothers is definitely the only place I recommend.
