Christian Brothers has serviced my Acura several times. They are wonderful to work with and I feel I am getting the best service possible. Their waiting room is pristine. It is a pleasure to wait on the repair work to be done. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I will use them again and again.

Customer service is incredible. All of the staff there is extremely polite and helpful. Probably the biggest reason is that I trust that you guys will be honest with me when maintenance issues arise that I am not totally familiar with.

Friendly, courteous and professional service

My experience was absolutely turned around. I had an issue in the beginning and was asked to do a survey on my experience and I gave a candid review of why I was completely satisfied with my visit. I wrote the review and didn't think about it after that. A few days later I received an email from Rick apologizing for my experience. I was SO not expecting a response at all...but that was not the end. He continued to express his thoughts on how he was happy that I wasn't happy and advised me the refund for the service was issued in form of a check and sitting on his office desk for me to pick up. I was SO SHOCKED to hear this bc I wasn't expecting that, but he wanted to make it right. And I must say he did. He over exceeded my expectations and was very sweet when I came back it to pick it up. I was not asking for a refund but I understand he knows how to run a business fairly and how important customer service is. If more business owners ran their businesses like this, the world would be a better place. I would absolutely recommend Christian Brothers to my friends and family and truly believe they are determined to provide GREAT customer service and take care of the vehicles they work on.
