The entire staff was very courteous and professional. The service technician gave a detailed explanation of what was wrong with my vehicle and explained the cost. They called me the same day I dropped it off. I had left my car at another shop, and no one had started on my vehicle after 36 hours. They had not given me a diagnosis or call me back. I would highly recommend Christian Brothers to friends and family.

I was sorry to see that you were so backed up that an appointment was necessary to be seen.

This, however, was of minor significance when I actually brought my vehicle to your establishment. I was seen on time, and, since I knew what was needed, that repair was done promptly and efficiently. Any questions were answered in a very professional and courteous manner. Your charge for service was reasonable. Your reception area was clean and comfortable.

It was likewise a pleasure to not be told of “other items in need of immediate attention” that were being “SOLD” to increase charges. In short, you were performing as various franchised dealers formerly did, and I thank you for this!

With prices of new and used vehicles increasing at a progressive rate in a terrible economy with a constantly growing cost of living, more and more people are seeking to keep their cars and trucks longer. This creates a need for vehicle service no longer fulfilled by franchised car stores.

Everyone was very nice and polite greeting you with a smile ask if there anything you needed while you waited loved the way verses and the Bible was available for you to read will highly recommend the service and wait time was not long 😊
