A nice friendly business that is customer oriented to treat the customer with respect.
I brought my car in to find out what the problem was I was having with it. They checked my car over told me what needed to be done to fix it and was really surprised that I was not charged for that service. Never seen or heard of a business that did that.
I’m planning on bringing my car back to have the work done.

They are always cheerful & friendly. Give advice & answers without a heavy sales pitch, they give recommendations and explain why repairs are needed but don't make you feel stupid or really pressured.

I recently had the battery replaced in my car, when they quoted me the price they told me there wasn't an additional charge to install it. But when I went to pick up my car they explained that they quoted me incorrectly and normally there is a charge to install battery because my Mercedes has to have the "brain" reprogrammed after a new battery is installed. They didn't say, we're sorry but you have to pay $60 more, but instead waived the charge. You know some shops would say sorry Charlie and make you pay for their mistake, not Christian Brothers!
