I liked the people a whole lot, and I liked the work they did. I was a little frustrated that they had my car for a lot longer than I had been led to expect. I wish I had gotten an update at some point with an explanation. I also was a bit frustrated that they charged more than the exact same service would have been at Bartlesville Honda. The exact same work was a good bit cheaper at Bartlesville and I went to Christian Brothers because they were so much more convenient. I loved the shuttle service!

I have taken my automobiles to the owasso shop on multiple occasions for minor and major work over the years. I have always felt welcome and have always felt like I was getting a lot of bang for my buck, meaning I was 100% informed of the problems what needed to be fixed asap and ones I should look into never feeling pressure. They are very proactive and go above and beyond. I would highly recommend Christian Brothers for any and all of you automobile needs

I also got my granddaughter set up with Christian Brothers (on N Higley Rd in Chandler, AZ). I did this based on the high quality care that I consistently received in Owasso, OK. She also had had the same experience that I've had. I can't speak highly enough about this company.

Great customer service and communication. Called me and let me know exactly what needed to be done to my car before they started so I could be aware and make the decision. Called me when was finished and offered a courtesy shuttle pickup if needed. Ray and his team always do a great job.

When I took my car in I did not know I had to have an appointment. They said they would work me in. I could have walked home but they insisted on taking me and picking me up. They were all very nice and seemed to really care about fixing my problem. I was very pleased with the service on my car (Axel busted). I mentioned that my son had a motor for my window that he was going to put in, that was the reason it won't go down. I'm not sure if they fixed it or it started working on it's own. The only problem I had was checking out, I have a lot of problems that need fixing and as I was checking out I brought it to their attention so I could discuss this with them to bring it back in later. They told me I had other problems. I felt they were a tad bit too busy taking care of customers and the crews who were trying to get other cars out etc. I felt like they were through with me and needed to get on with their other customers problems. I'm a widow now, my husband worked on all the cars, now I have to depend on someone else. I chose them. I will go back to them but I will make an appointment this time.
