The communication was amazing
They handled it; we had our car towed to CB on a Saturday evening, left key and info in drop slot. Got a a text at 7:08 Monday am saying it was checked in. Received a call later and told of issue and fix and estimate. Finished it up the next morning and wife picked up. Seems to be running well. Great job; thx.

My experience with your appointment process was excellent, very detailed and fit to my schedule. The work on the vehicles is very good; new shocks and power steering has really quieted the ride in the truck; and the only small blunder was the fill cap on the radiator hose (from replacing the water pump) was on crooked so water was pouring out when I stopped after picking up the car but it was an easy fix and it's all good now.
The Toyota was well diagnosed and I wish we could have afforded to fix it but with both repair price tags in the thousands we had to reign it in and will have to save up to get it done. The brake pedal switch is working perfectly and it's smooth sailing.
Also worth noting is the greatest pick up service chauffeur in town!
