Looking for a better mechanic I had my vehicle towed to Christian Brothers after hours. I needed a diagnostic which cost almost 100 dollars and would not go towards any repairs, but had to know what was wrong. It did take two days for them to get to the job, but the problem was identified correctly. I paid for a service and they delivered as promised. They did not play any games and try to make me get repairs done with them, and were willing to discuss what needed to be done in more detail than was on the results printout. I believe that shows honesty and I will use Christian Brothers again if I need help with my vehicles.

Fit me in on a tight schedule, and gave us an honest estimate about what needed to be done, and told me you can't fix it, then gave me a couple of good resources that can fix it. Nicely done.

The staff were all professional and personable. I was given information about my car that seemed thorough and was easy to understand. The estimate was detailed and I was not pressured to agree to any of the recommendations. My questions were all answered adequately, and I was given a ride in both directions. The work on the car was started and completed on the same day. Little things are important, like offering a bottle of water or coffee, providing a comfortable place to wait, and a good radio station.
