My wife and I use CB because the Brodie front office staff is always professional and courteous. We have to believe if the front office is consistently staffed this way, the mechanics and technicians out in the garage must be hired with the same standards in mind. Also, the entire place is so clean (even the garage); that tells us something. Keep up your good work.

Excellent customer service and thorough explanations. Always willing to give an estimate of what repairs will cost without pressure to have the work done there, or to have it done immediately (unless it's something that would be detrimental to the vehicle). The place is always clean and they provide snacks, coffee, water, and a comfortable place to sit in case you need to wait while work is being done. Some of the prices are a little more than you might pay elsewhere, but in all the years I have brought my vehicle here, I have never had to have anything re-done. It's nice to have that peace of mind.

They are courteous, work fast, explain what needs to be done and why. I love that they have a shuttle service, so I do not have to sit there and wait for my car to be serviced (especially some of the maintenance services, which can take hours).
They are honest . A bit more expensive but you will never have to worry about an issue with your car persisting.
