I had work done through the CB dealership twice. I knew my older mileage vehicle needed some work done. The repair involved some high ticket items, but I did some research and was satisfied that I was being fairly charged. There staff was engaging and thorough. My vehicle was ready in a timely manner, and I didn't not have to call and check in on the vehicle do to the update texts I received. The staff was professional and very polite. I was able to get round trip shuffle service while the vehicle was being worked on.

The ability to schedule the work. If Christian Brother’s did not complete the work in time, it is because they completed it ahead of time.

The supervisor was very courteous and friendly. He listened to my concerns and made sure all of my questions were answered. He explained in detail what was repaired and went over the charges on my bill. I am very pleased with Christian Brothers and I am confident I will come back next time.
