I have been taking my vehicles to this location for a few years. I trust the owner and the staff. I've never been made to feel like a number and I'm always treated as if my business mattered. I've been offered fresh coffee while waiting and the wait area is comfortable.

I've overheard the owner/manager speaking with a customer who was obviously upset with the issues their car had been dianosed with. The manager showed empathy, listened to the customers concerns and went out of his way to take care of the customer. I've seen them give various services as complimentary on many occasions. To this day I am still impressed by this location.

I was impressed by the fact that the technician took me into the workshop and physically showed me the problems with my car and explained the repair process and cost. That is transparency. My car was also test-driven before and after the repairs by the technician.

They were able to take me in same day and change out my battery at a reasonable price!

My son's car was towed there the Friday after Thanksgiving. They called Monday morning to see why it was towed there. They couldn't get the car to breakdown again so they didn't charge us and checked on it the next day. They were awesome about everything.
I appreciate it since my son is in Florida for college and doesn't have a reliable mechanic down there. But we will definitely be using you guys again.
