Despite crowds getting service the day we arrived with no appointment, we were helped courteously, quickly, dependably and honestly. The shuttle service got us home quickly and, had we needed it, was ready to return us to pick up our car the next day. The correct parts had to be ordered instead of what had been used by another automotive repair service that used parts that lasted less that two months and were not reliable for our car. Our maintenance contract for the previous repair by the previous company, an option mentioned by Christian Brothers, would have covered only the same incorrect parts. So we went with Christian Brothers and are now their loyal customers.

The whole process was easy. From scheduling to drop off to pickup. They did a great job at a fair price.
