I felt like I could trust them. That is rare these days. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable for my wait and they kept me informed. I heard a couple of phone calls where customers called in and they were very considerate to them, as well. Everyone seemed to get along there and they were on a first name basis with one of the regular customers. I will definitely go back. My car runs great now which is the main goal.
They were amazing from the staff to the mechanics so just everybody overall you know it was a great experience I would definitely go there again and I could definitely recommend friends and family!!

No matter who was attending me, I felt that the customer service was very respectful, courteous and very patient and warranty was good.
The staff went out of the way to get us on our vacation.
However, we had new tires put on the truck on Tuesday and once we got on the highway on our trip, there is a really bad shimmy in the front. Enough of a shimmy that it made a squealing noise from something being shook in the front end. We are not sure if it was from the dash not being tightened down when air conditioner was replaced.

Joe, the GM, is among the best individuals I’ve ever dealt with, his dedication to being a master at his craft, his patience to explain the issues and review the problems and his honesty to only recommend what’s needed when he can easily upsell most customers. These guys are amazing and I recommend them to everyone.

I had bought a part ( door handle) from Toyota. There were three pieces to the package I got from them and one of the three pieces were broken.
Christian Brothers offered to call Toyota to see if they had the piece and they did. They went and picked it up for me from Toyota and did the install.
Didn't charge me any more than I was quoted originally. So they didn't charge me for going to Toyota and getting that piece or the piece.
I was so thankful.
If they need to keep your car for a few hours they will even give you a ride home or to work. And they'll pick you up.
I love the inside of your office also. They have coffee and some nice Christian books to read.
I found a really nice prayer in one of the books and sent it to my brother. He has stage four terminal cancer. He now reads that prayer daily. Means a lot to me.
I just feel Christian Brothers is very honest and caring about their customers.

I usually go to Christian Brothers in Wesley Chapel but because of the fire I went to the Lutz branch. I was having trouble with my AC and asked to check it out. Had a small oil leak and needed motor mounts replaced because of deterioration. It took a couple days for the parts to arrive but they got it done in a timely fashion. They got the AC blowing cool but not the way it used to be. I probably will be going back for more AC work when they reopen Wesley Chapel back up. Christian Brothers do a great job and will continue to go with them
