Customer service - efficiency
The associates are always very polite and friendly. They will spend as much time as needed to explain what is going on with your car. Also, as was the case this last time, when the repairs are going to be expensive, there is never a rush to make a decision. I dropped my car off on Monday and picked it up on Friday after spending several days trying to decide how to handle the situation. In the end, we decided that the cost of the repairs was too much considering how old the car is, and they were perfectly happy to accommodate. I paid only the cost of the assessment (+/- $65) and they gave me the same smiles and friendly treatment. Really a great group of people.
