Shaun McKiernan was the service advisor for emissions repairs on our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica.
He explained Christian Brothers process of keeping the customer informed throughout the repair, from the check-in, diagnostics , approval and payments. Christian Brothers have repaired several of our autos over the years and will continue to be our "go-to" for repairs.

I would highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive in Friendswood location. They are trustworthy, honest, friendly & reasonable in their pricing & work they do. I had taken one of my Honda Accords to a Honda dealership & they wanted to charge me for anything & everything that was wrong with it. When I take my Accord to this Christian Brothers location, I dealt with Shaun directly, & he was really honest & only charged me a fraction of what Honda was going to charge me. I was very pleased on how transparent he was & how professionally they took care of my situation. The quality of work they do is outstanding & I would not go anywhere else now besides them to repair any of my vehicles.

My car was ready for pickup sooner than expected, at the price quoted. Although the repair was several hundred dollars, it seemed fair for the number of things that needed attention. It all works great now. I will definitely go back for future repairs. Friendly people and an overall good experience.
