As noted in previous surveys - CBA does what is requested; does what they say they're going to do; & does it on a timely basis. Also, if they can't do something or cannot fit you in; they will tell you. In addition, CBA monitors &/or inspects your vehicle during each visit to alert you to other existing or potential issues.
Christian Brothers is always able to get us in within a day or two. Their service is great, they have a quick turnaround and the price is reasonable. If they do make a mistake, they will make it right. Everything I look for in an auto shop.

Always friendly and explain their findings without pressure. Love the videos to show the findings. Expectations of completion are set and they follow through with getting things done. They take care of three out of four of our vehicles and will be getting the fourth one in their shop this week for general maintenance.
