Excellent customer service. The service reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. I've always had repairs done very quickly and I've never had to bring the car back because the repair was not done properly. I always know that my car will be fixed and run right when Christian Brothers fixes it.

I'm a long time Christian Brothers customer. Recently my vehicle was due for it's 10,000 mile check so it could be inspected and licensed for 2015. Due to an injury I was unable to bring the car to Christian Brothers and they graciously came and picked it up and delivered it when the work was complete. Now that's what I call "above and beyond" customer service!

Some months ago I was having a heating problem with my car and a smell of anti-freeze in the passenger compartment. I took it to Christian Brothers and they replaced my thermostat. Then recently I started having the same problem and took my car back to them. It turned out to be a faulty thermostat (the part they replaced). They did that work again and topped up my radiator--no charge. This is another reason I like Christian Brothers. They take care of my car and if something doesn't turn out right, they stand by their work. No weaseling out of it, no making whatever went wrong somehow the customer's fault, just making it right on their own dime. I don't know where else I could find that kind of integrity but I have no incentive to go looking. Christian Brothers is solidly the place I like to bring my car and I recommend them whenever I hear a friend complaining about his car. I trust them.

hi sorry to take so long to get back with response( we had to leave town)...experience was good but since we picked up after hours and car died on way home we had to deal with that and have not started it since(like stated we had to leave town & haven't had time too further deal with this issue)...i'll get back with ya'll as time permits.
