Workmanship

I looked over my truck after getting it repaired at Christian Brothers, Cedar Hill, Texas, and not only was the work done in a timely manner, but the particular repair was done better than factory ! Not kidding, I've been messing with automotive repair most all my life and I don't even come close to the professionalism I encountered. Next time I come across something I can't handle on my own these are the only technicians i'll trust with my truck since I plan on keeping it for a long while and I want to be able to rely on it. I may sound a little over zealous however in this day and age it's nice to know I'm getting what I paid for, in short, thank you Christian Brothers , outstanding.

I was happy with all aspects of the work I recently had done on both of my vehicles.

We were able to drop off the car after hours (after my husband got home from work and decided he was unable to fix it himself), *And* then one of your nice young men came and picked me up when it was ready. I've recently had hip replacement surgery and still have to use a walker. He was Super patient and accommodating with me. That's is not something I shall forget anytime soon. I will be sure to tell friends, family and acquaintances how well I was treated and recommend this business as often as I can!

Everything went very smooth. Everyone was helpful and courteous.

From the front door the staff was polite. The waiting area is very clean. I told the staff which service I needed and they heard me out then made a few very good suggestions. The service only took 2 or 3 hours tops. I received a report on all of their findings in writing.

It was my very first visit by a Re feral and i'm so glad that i went...James and staff were amazing!! James took care of me from the minute i walked through that door to drop my car off until i picked up my car after repairs were finished.

I most definitely will be back.....HOPEFULLY not time soon .lol

The guys were incredibly helpful and were able to answer all my questions and get me quotes in what I needed without Hastling me.
