Welcome greeting by every employee as if I were an old friend and missed. A ride home as an expected amenity and not as a special burden to accommodate me. Quick and clear call with an explanation of the issues with my vehicle and solutions they could provide; as well as expected time in which this could be accomplished. Again because my wife was out of town they assumed they would pick me up. My results were explained and even had the mechanic that worked on my vehicle explain the nuances of what had occurred and what he had done to correct all of my issues. Cost was reasonable and I was quickly processed and drove happily home.
