Every aspect is a tie for all the other great aspects! Everything that I’ve experienced at other auto shops were on a total different level at CBA. Just walking in, it felt like a home. Comfortable couch that didn’t feel like everyone under the Sun had already sat on before me. Atmospheric lamps that you’d find inside a house..no overly bright lighting overhead- not that there’s anything wrong with an auto shop that feels like a business- but you immediately feel comfortable and any stress you had just melts away as you feel like people are actually going to care about you and your vehicle. On another level.
Each time I called in, they were very professional over the phone. Even the hold music was entertaining and caring! LOL I was absolutely blown away by CBA.
If I had to pick a favorite it would be that they send you pictures of everything!!! No one else does that! And then they initiate communication via text. Keeping open communication is so important when there’s a potential to be spending a lot of money. Being on the same page is so important. They just didn’t ever miss a beat!
